CiviCentra, accessible via www.civicentra.com, located at 301 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada (Business ID 207260706), phone +14168599892, establishes these Terms of Service for any use of our portal, services, digital content, and physical items. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these terms effective 2025.
1. General Use
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not engage in prohibited conduct when using this site.
2. Services
CiviCentra offers civic education courses, workshops, and live sessions. By booking a service, you agree to our scheduling and conduct guidelines.
- Booking: Confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Cancellations: You may cancel up to 14 days before the scheduled start for a full reimbursement. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days will incur a 50% administrative fee deduction from the prepaid amount. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for any reimbursement.
- Rescheduling: Service appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 7 days before the original date. Additional changes may incur fees.
- No Reimbursement Services: Certain one-on-one advisory sessions are billed as reserved time slots and are clearly marked as non-refundable at booking. This policy is due to the dedicated preparation and exclusivity of these engagements.
3. Digital Products
Digital offerings include e-books, recorded webinars, and educational toolkits.
- Access: Delivered instantly via download link or email.
- Cancellations: A request may be made within 14 days of purchase provided the content has not been downloaded.
- Reimbursement Process: Submit a request via our Contact Us form. Approved requests will be reimbursed to the original payment channel within 10 business days.
- Accessed Content: Once content has been downloaded or accessed, it is not eligible for any reimbursement.
4. Physical Goods
Printed materials and branded merchandise are available for purchase.
- Shipping: Standard carrier delivery applies.
- Damages and Incorrect Items: Report issues within 30 days of receipt. A replacement will be provided or the prepaid amount will be reimbursed based on the customer's preference.
- Sending Items Back and Condition: Items sent back must be in original packaging and condition. Approved cases will be processed within 10 business days for reimbursement to the original payment channel.
- Shipping Costs: Customers cover sending fees unless the product is faulty or an incorrect item was shipped.
5. Reimbursement Procedures
All requests must be submitted through our Contact Us form. Include your order details and a description of the issue. Completed requests are processed within 10 business days.
6. Changes to Terms
CiviCentra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by posting updates here. The date of last revision will be noted at the top.
